Rep Creators is a fast-growing influencer marketing and talent management agency, working with a curated network of creators across Instagram, YouTube, Podcasts, and Telegram—spanning finance, travel, lifestyle, cricket, infotainment, and more.

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced creator-driven environment.

The Role: Social Media ExecutiveWhat You’ll Be Doing

→ Discover, research, and onboard high-potential creators across relevant content categories
→ Build and maintain solid relationships with influencers, creators, and management teams
→ Execute end-to-end campaign coordination — from briefing and content planning to approvals and publishing
→ Collaborate with internal teams on campaign strategy, creator selection, and content direction
→ Pitch creators for brand collaborations and manage negotiations (deliverables, timelines, commercials)
→ Track campaign performance and maintain organized data across Google Sheets, Docs, and CRM tools
→ Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging creator formats

Must HaveRequirements

→ 0–2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing,



or digital marketing
→ Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube ecosystems and content trends
→ Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
→ Confidence in outreach — creators, brands, and agencies
→ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
→ Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and structured workflows

Bonus Points

→ Basic understanding of SEO (keywords, hashtags, discoverability)
→ Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (content funnels, audience targeting)
→ Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar
→ Experience creating pitch decks, media kits, or brand proposals
→ Existing network of creators (micro/mid-tier)
→ Prior experience working with creators or influencer campaigns
