We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager – Business Development & Service Delivery to lead operations, strengthen our appraiser network, and ensure exceptional service delivery across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities n

n
Lead end-to-end operational delivery of gold appraisal and audit services across the region.
n
Recruit, build, and manage a strong network of full time, re-appraisers, and on-call gold appraisers.
n
Plan, organize, and oversee skill tests for eligible appraiser candidates.
n
Ensure timely deployment of appraisers based on client requirements and business demand.
n
Drive standardized, compliant, and process-oriented appraisal operations.
n
Monitor service quality, turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and operational KPIs.
n
Collaborate closely with Territory Managers (Business Development & Service Delivery) to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.
n
Ensure adherence to client SLAs, internal SOPs,



and regulatory requirements.
n
Identify opportunities for operational excellence, process improvements, and cost optimization.
n
Manage client relationships, service reviews, and escalations.
n
Support business expansion into recent geographies and client accounts.
n
Prepare and present accurate MIS reports and operational dashboards.
n

Preferred Qualifications nn
Proven experience in operations, service delivery, recruitment, or field operations management.
n
Solid leadership and people management skills.
n
Experience in banking, financial services, gold loan, valuation, or related industries is preferred.
n
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
n
Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
