Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Study Visa Counsellor – UK & Europe to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of the overseas education process, excellent counselling skills, and the ability to guide students from profile evaluation to university application and visa processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding study opportunities in the UK and European countries.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial profiles to recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Provide accurate information about university eligibility, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and intakes.
- Assist students with the university application and admission process.
- Guide students in preparing the required documentation for visa applications.
- Coordinate with university representatives and internal application teams.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Stay updated with changes in university requirements, visa policies, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student applications and follow-ups in the CRM.




- Achieve counselling and conversion targets while maintaining high service quality.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in study abroad counselling, student visa counselling, or overseas education.
- Good knowledge of the UK and European education and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle student queries professionally and build trust with students and parents.
- Valuable follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
