ScamShield AI is on a mission to protect Indian businesses from digital fraud. Every day, small and medium businesses across India face phishing emails, WhatsApp scams, GST impersonation attempts, UPI fraud, and fake digital arrest calls. Most of them have no IT team and no way to fight back.

We built ScamShield AI to change that.

Our platform offers real-time Gmail scanning, a WhatsApp scam checker, India-specific AI fraud detection models, and an evidence pack generator that helps business owners file proper cybercrime reports. The technology was originally developed and validated in the UK, endorsed under the UK Enterprise scheme, and has now been rebuilt from the ground up for Indian conditions.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive growth across the Indian SME market. You will own the full sales cycle from identifying prospects to closing deals and supporting onboarding. You will also work closely with our marketing efforts, gathering customer insights, refining messaging, and helping campaigns land effectively in the field.

This is a hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility to work from home part of the time.

What You Will Do

Sales and Business Development

- Identify, research, and qualify SME prospects across Gujarat and target markets
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails,



and in-person meetings
- Deliver compelling product demos tailored to the needs of non-technical business owners
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to closing and handoff to onboarding
- Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, particularly CA firms and business associations
- Provide basic training and product walkthroughs for customers and partners in one-to-one and small-group settings

Marketing and Customer Insights

- Collaborate with the founding team to refine messaging, value propositions, and campaign strategies
- Gather feedback from prospects and customers and relay it to the product team
- Support marketing campaigns and help adapt content for local relevance
- Represent ScamShield AI at local business events, industry meetups, and CA networking forums

CRM and Reporting

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools at all times
- Track and report on key performance metrics including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and deal velocity
- Forecast revenue and flag risks or opportunities early

What We Are Looking For

Essential

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain cybersecurity concepts clearly to business owners who are not technical




- Proven B2B or SME sales experience including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools for reporting and forecasting
- Comfortable delivering product demos and training sessions to small groups
- Proactive, self-directed, and collaborative approach suited to a quick-moving startup
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English and Hindi

Preferred

- Familiarity with the Indian SME landscape, particularly in Gujarat
- Understanding of GST, banking, fintech, or cybersecurity products
- Experience working with CA firms or professional service networks as a sales channel
- Knowledge of additional regional languages spoken in Gujarat

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
