Sr. HR Executive/HR Executive: 1-5 years

We’re Hiring | Sr. HR Executive/HR Executive

Location: Mohali

Type: Full-Time | Onsite.

What You’ll Do:

Talent Acquisition

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment.

2. Source candidates via job portals & LinkedIn.

3. Screen profiles & coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

HR Operations

1. Handle onboarding & employee documentation.

2. Maintain HR records & databases.

3. Support attendance & leave management.

4. Manage day-to-day HR operations.

5. Having good knowledge of HRMS tool (Zoho People is priority).

Payroll

1. Payroll processing (through Zoho Payroll).

2. Coordinate with the accounts team.

3. Complete knowledge of Statutory compliances.

Who We’re Looking For:

1. 1 year – 5 years of HR experience (IT preferred only).

2. Strong experience in HR functions & willingness to learn.

3. Good communication & coordination skills.

5. Familiarity with HRMS tools (Zoho) is a plus.

Process of Interview

The selection of any candidate is purely dependent on their performance in the interview process. Generally, there are three stages in the interview process which are as follows.

Aptitude Test

This part of interview is the First stage where you need to perform a program practically and show the output of the same.

Technical Interview

If you score good! Next will be a panel interview with our technical team, be prepared to answer what you’ve learned so far.

HR Interview

A series of questions to assess your background & fitment in our company. Then a super welcome after mutual agreement.
