Educational Qualification

- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory).
- Final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Candidates

- B.Ed., M.Ed., B.Sc., B.A., B.Com., BCA, Engineering, or other graduates with robust academic performance.
- Freshers with a passion for teaching are welcome.

Essential Requirements

- Strong subject knowledge in the chosen teaching area.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Tamil.
- Passion for working with school students.
- Willingness to learn modern teaching methods.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, online teaching tools).
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and professionalism.

Added Advantage

- Prior tutoring or teaching experience.
- Experience handling CBSE, ICSE, State Board, or NEET/JEE students.
- Leadership, presentation, or public speaking skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools and educational technology.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
