About Us

Hindustan Enterprises is a leading provider of water supply, plumbing, drainage, and storage solutions with over 35+ years of industry experience. We are authorized distributors for renowned brands such as Prince Pipes, Ashirvad Pipes, and Sintex, and manufacturers of our own brands Hindpipe, Hindplast, and Hippo.

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our dealer network, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit dealers, retailers, distributors, and hardware/plumbing stores on a daily basis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners.
- Promote the company's complete range of plumbing, piping, and water storage products.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.




- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (building materials, pipes, plumbing, sanitary, hardware, electrical, paints, cement, or related industries preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone applications.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in dealer/distributor sales.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Valuable relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
