Job Title: Senior Sales Professional – HVAC Spare PartsJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Skilled with a strong background in HVAC spare parts sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC spare parts.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, including contractors, dealers, distributors, and end users.
- Promote and sell HVAC spare parts such as compressors, motors, fans, filters, coils, valves, thermostats, control components, and other related products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales agreements.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand their requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.




- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates.
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HVAC spare parts sales.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and spare parts.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Technical understanding of HVAC products and spare parts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
