1. Ensure the safety and security of all girl students in the hostel at all times.

2. Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.

3. Supervise daily hostel routines, including wake-up, study hours, meals, recreation, and bedtime.

4. Maintain student attendance and movement registers, including leave records.

5. Coordinate with parents regarding students' welfare, health, and discipline whenever required.

6. Monitor students' physical, emotional, and personal well-being, and provide appropriate guidance and support.

7. Coordinate with the school administration, teachers, nurse, and wardens for smooth hostel operations.

8. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

9. Oversee housekeeping staff and ensure hostel facilities are well maintained.

Handle emergencies promptly and maintain records of incidents and actions taken.

11. Ensure timely medical attention for sick students and maintain health records.

12. Organize hostel activities that promote leadership, discipline, teamwork, and life skills.

13. Maintain hostel inventory and report maintenance requirements to the administration.

14. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the management.

15. Perform any other duties assigned by the School Management in the interest of the hostel and students.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
