Experience – 2 to 3 Years
Qualification – Any Graduate + MBA in Marketing (preferably)
CTC - 4 to 5 Lac / Annum
Location - Kharghar (Mumbai)
Job Description:
- Responsible for identifying prospective clients & generating business to achieve business targets.
- Activating sales from Mumbai for Pune Projects.
- Identifying, activating and nurturing channel partner network in Mumbai for Pune projects.
- Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team to achieve them.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Control expenses and monitor budgets.
- Will be responsible to Work for Central & Harbor Mumbai Location.
- Activate BTL Network & Influences Sales.
Desired Candidate:
- Candidate should have experience of handling Pune project from Mumbai in Real Estate Segment.
- Positive Communication & Leadership Quality.
- should be well versed in English, Hindi and Marathi.
