Key Responsibilities – Sales Executive

Business Development & Sales

v Identify and develop new domestic and international customers for agricultural products and ceramic tiles.

v Generate business leads through online portals, email marketing, trade directories, exhibitions, and market research.

v Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by acquiring recent customers and expanding existing business.

Customer Relationship Management

v Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic buyers, international importers, distributors, and wholesalers.

v Handle customer inquiries promptly and provide product information, pricing, and commercial proposals.

v Ensure excellent customer service through regular follow-ups and after-sales support.

Quotation & Order Management

v Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and commercial offers based on customer requirements.





v Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.

v Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Export Sales Coordination

v Coordinate with production, logistics, documentation, and finance teams for timely execution of export orders.

v Assist in export documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions, and other required documents.

v Track shipment status and ensure timely communication with customers.

Market Research & Business Expansion

v Research international markets to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.

v Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.

v Develop strategies to expand the company's presence in new export markets.

v Reporting & Documentation

v Maintain records of customer inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and client communications.

v Update CRM/ERP systems with customer and sales information.

v Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and business development MIS.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
