Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach to support our coaching team at our Mundwa and Kharadi centres. This role involves assisting in training sessions for school-age athletes, supporting fitness assessments, and helping maintain a safe, structured training environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and conducting strength & conditioning sessions for students
- Support fitness assessments and talent identification programmes
- Maintain accurate attendance and training records




- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all sessions
- Work closely with the coaching team and Programme Director
- Travel between Mundwa and Kharadi centres as required

Requirements

- Background in Strength & Conditioning, Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field
- Freshers welcome; prior coaching or gym floor experience is a plus
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and young athletes
- Willingness to work across multiple centre locations in Pune

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Schedule: Day shift

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
