Job Title: Event Waiter - Delhi/NCR

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Event Waiters to join our dynamic team for various events across Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. This role requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, glassware, and decorations according
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements and menu inquiries.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to established service standards and presentation guidelines.




- Monitor guest needs and anticipate requests, providing proactive service to enhance their experience.
- Explicit tables and event areas throughout the event, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with the breakdown of event spaces, including clearing dishes, glassware, and equipment, and preparing for the next event.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, event managers, and other team members to ensure smooth event operations.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
