Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions is inviting applications for the position of Faculty in Management (MBA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering quality education in management subjects, mentoring students, and contributing to academic and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach undergraduate (BBA) and postgraduate (MBA) courses in Management, with a focus on HR and Finance.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and deliver lectures effectively.
- Conduct student assessments, examinations, and evaluations.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and career development.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Organize and contribute to seminars, workshops, and guest lectures.
- Engage in research, publications,



and faculty development activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) – Mandatory
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Mandatory
- Specialization in Human Resource (HR) and/or Finance (any one or both).

Preferred Qualifications

- UGC NET qualified.
- Ph.D. in Management or related field.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
