Tanishq Jewellery is seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join their team in Coimbatore. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets within the showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Present jewellery to customers and provide pricing information.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries effectively.
Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling products.
Manage counter sales and store operations.
Sell gold, diamond and platinum items.
Manage inventory and stock additions.
Meet counter-wise targets as per the store's business plan.
Qualifications / Requirements
12th, ITI / Diploma / Any Degree.
0 to 5 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
Must be proficient in Tamil.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Age between 20 to 30 years.
Preferred Skills / Attributes
Proven sales and customer service skills.
Experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
