Job Title: EPM Consultant (OneStream & Anaplan)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) professionals with 5–10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in OneStream and/or Anaplan and have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting EPM solutions. The role requires working closely with finance stakeholders to deliver planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions using OneStream and/or Anaplan.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders.
- Configure and customize planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting solutions.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports.
- Provide production support and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams during implementation and support engagements.
- Perform testing, deployment, and documentation of EPM solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy,



system performance, and compliance with business requirements.

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
- Hands-on experience with OneStream and/or Anaplan.
- Solid understanding of:
- Financial Consolidation
- Financial Planning
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Financial Reporting
- Experience in EPM implementation and/or application support projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Finance Transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data integration.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Relevant OneStream or Anaplan certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
