Job description:

· Accountable for patient care in the assigned area

· Provides complete Nursing care - periodic Vital recording, Bed making, Medication administrations, ECG, IV & Blood transfusions, personal requirements of the patient.

· Maintains patients’ hygiene and health.

· Practices infections controls measures to protect patient form acquiring or spreading infection. Demonstrates awareness of potential/actual risks of injection and modes of transmission. Utilizes universal precautions in nursing practice.

· Maintain continuity through clear and concise (verbal and written) communication.

· Maintains required quantity of medicines and medical consumables in the ward.

· Takes responsibility of caring for all equipment's and furniture and other related items in the unit realizing the need for cost effective and safe nursing care.

· Implements emergency life resuscitative measures according to BLS & ACLS protocols.

· Documents patient care in a manner that is clear, complete, and concise and in compliance with nursing documentation standards.





· Uses equipment safely and efficiently and takes responsibility of the inventory of the unit as directed by the unit in charge..

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Nursing: 2 years (Preferred)
- total work: Minimum 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

- English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

- Nursing License (Preferred)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a relevant field.

At least 3 years experience as an ICU nurse or critical care unit.

Good understanding of health information structures and technology.

Available to work 12-hour day and night shifts.

Demonstrate brilliant empathy and communication skills.

Ability to work in a stressful and emotional environment.
