We're Hiring | Manager – Accounts & Finance | Noida (Work from Office)

We're looking for one experienced finance professional who can independently own the entire Accounts & Finance function at ZOID Technologies.

If you're confident handling everything from GST, TDS, bookkeeping, audits, banking, statutory compliance, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations to preparing the Balance Sheet, P&L;, MIS reports, and financial controls in a fast-paced startup environment—we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Sector 132, Noida (Work from Office)

Experience: 5+ Years

What you'll own:

- End-to-end accounting & financial operations

-Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle – purchase requests, PO verification, vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment scheduling, vendor reconciliations, and expense tracking

- GST, TDS, ROC/MCA & other statutory compliances

- Balance Sheet, P&L;, MIS & financial reporting

- Banking operations, reconciliations, OD/CC/Loan management

- Coordination with auditors,



banks & government agencies

Mandatory:

- Prior experience in a startup setting, where you've independently managed finance and compliance functions.

- Preference will be given to candidates from Technology, Software, Electronics, Defence, Aerospace, EV, or other Deep-Tech startups.
