OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head – Sales & Marketing to lead the sales function for luxury residential real estate projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and developing effective sales and marketing strategies within the luxury real estate segment.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and drive sales and marketing initiatives for luxury residential projects.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Develop strong relationships with HNIs, channel partners, brokers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Oversee sales planning, forecasting, pricing strategies, and revenue management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.




- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with significant experience in luxury residential real estate in Mumbai.
- Robust understanding of the Mumbai luxury residential market.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large sales teams and achieving ambitious business targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and business development capabilities.
