Pick Your Trophies is a leading provider of premium trophies, awards, medals and mementos. We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Operations Executive to manage sales coordination, client relationships and day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and follow up on leads.
Prepare quotations, proposals and sales orders.
Coordinate with clients, production and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
Manage CRM, sales records and order tracking.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Support business development and generate new sales opportunities.
Coordinate inventory, dispatches and operational activities.
Ensure smooth execution of customer orders from enquiry to delivery.

Requirements
Solid communication, coordination and organisational skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Experience in sales coordination, operations, customer support or business development is preferred.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client orders efficiently.
