Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Product Specialist – Casting Equipment to drive sales and business development activities for our jewellery casting solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the jewellery manufacturing industry, particularly in casting processes and equipment, with the ability to provide technical consultation, product demonstrations, and sales support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop in-depth knowledge of jewellery casting equipment, including vacuum casting machines, induction melting systems, burnout furnaces, wax injection machines, and related accessories.
- Understand customer manufacturing processes and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and application trials.
- Provide technical guidance during equipment installation and commissioning.
- Generate recent business opportunities within jewellery manufacturing companies.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Identify customer requirements and prepare technical-commercial proposals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




- Support negotiation and order closure activities.
- Build strong relationships with jewellery manufacturers, production managers, and business owners.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.
- Provide post-sales support and coordinate with service teams.
- Resolve customer concerns related to product performance and applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing (MBA preferred).

· 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in machinery, manufacturing equipment, or jewellery tools industry.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

· Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

· Willingness to travel across regions to meet clients and expand business.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
