- Ph.D. with consistent first-class grades from Xth to Postgraduate level in the relevant discipline from a Recognized University.from a Recognized University.
- NET qualification is mandatory following UGC guidelines for the relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 08 years of experience in the Education Industry, Teaching, Research Organizations, or in managerial roles, excluding the duration of pursuing the research degree. Post-Ph.D., a minimum of 02 years experience is required, along with at least 07 research publications in Referred Indexed Journals.
- Additionally, a minimum of 08 research papers must be published in peer-reviewed Journals.
