The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and general facility infrastructure to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities.
- Repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil maintenance issues.
- Maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, freezers, exhaust systems, and dishwashers.
- Inspect HVAC, lighting, water supply, and drainage systems regularly.
- Attend maintenance breakdowns promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure all equipment complies with safety and hygiene standards.
- Identify potential maintenance issues and recommend preventive measures.
- Support outlet openings, closures, and renovation projects when required.
- Follow company SOPs and workplace safety guidelines.





Requirements

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or the food & beverage industry.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining service records.
- Willingness to travel between outlets and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,921.40 per month
