Job Summary

Suma Infotech is looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in social media marketing and paid advertising. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing campaigns across multiple platforms and capable of driving lead generation, engagement, and ROI-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
- Develop and execute content strategies and content calendars
- Perform audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI and lead quality
- Set up and manage tracking using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conduct competitor analysis and hashtag research




- Generate performance reports and insights for campaigns
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad creatives
- Use tools like Buffer, Zoho Social, Notion, Airtable for planning and scheduling

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Strong knowledge of: Social Media Marketing & Optimization Lead Generation Campaigns
- Retargeting & Remarketing
- Experience with: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Tools knowledge: Canva, Buffer, Zoho Social, Airtable, Notion
- Basic understanding of AI tools / marketing automation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Part time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
