- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and make menu recommendations.
- Food and Drink Service: Take orders, mix and pour drinks, and serve snacks or meals.
- Payments: Handle cash and use digital till or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Cleanliness: Explicit tables, wash glassware, and clean work stations regularly.
- Stock Management: Restock fridges, ice, napkins, supplies.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Friendly and polite speaking skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to work fast in busy environments.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of drink menus and local rules
- Experience: Prior work in hospitality or customer service is helpful.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
