Location: Kalher, Bhiwandi (Mumbai Region)

Position: Plant Head

Salary: No Bar for the Right Candidate
(Final salary will be offered based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, leadership capabilities, and overall suitability for the role.)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee complete plant operations, production planning, and execution

Ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved

Lead and manage production, quality, maintenance, stores, and dispatch teams

Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives

Implement systems and processes for continuous improvement

Monitor manpower utilization and workforce performance

Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and operational standards

Coordinate with management, merchandising, procurement, and other departments for smooth plant functioning

Analyze production data and prepare operational reports for management

Preferred Candidate Profile

✔ Strong experience in manufacturing plant operations and team management

✔ Experience in footwear, leather, apparel, FMCG, or similar manufacturing industries preferred

✔ Proven leadership and people management skills

✔ Solid understanding of production planning, quality control, and process improvement

✔ Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities





✔ Ability to lead large teams and drive organizational growth

Established in 2011, Infinite Shoes is a fast-growing footwear manufacturing company based in Mumbai, India, specializing in women's sandals.

We manufacture stylish and comfortable sandals using PU Leather and Synthetic Leather, catering exclusively to the Indian domestic market.
