Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard high-performing Relationship Managers across the assigned region.
- Conduct induction, product, sales, and process training for new hires.
- Build and develop a strong, motivated, and performance-driven sales team.
- Drive business growth by achieving regional sales and revenue targets.
- Coach, mentor, and monitor Relationship Managers through regular field visits and performance reviews.
- Ensure high levels of customer service, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers and the State Head to execute business strategies.
- Track recruitment, productivity, and business performance through regular MIS reporting.

- Excellent communication and relationship management.




- Sales planning, target achievement, and business development.
- Knowledge of financial products such as Loans, Deposits, or NCDs.

Preferred Experience:

- 5–10 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or Financial Services.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in team handling and sales management.
- Proven track record in recruiting, training, and developing Relationship Managers.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹81,156.04 per month
