Intern - Crewing Team

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible and accountable for:

· Responsible for the preparation, verification, and management of seafarer’s certifications and experience to ensure compliance with industry and company requirements.

· Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with seafarers by addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback.

· Ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, client requirements, and internal standards.

· Tracking Seafarers footfall for various activities and accumulation of data for effective decision making.

Tasks shall include but not be limited to:

· Monitor the documentation workflow & ensuring deadlines are met.

· Arrangement of Pre-employment Medical Examination (PEME) of Seafarers in line with industry & company standards.

· Issuance of Seafarers’ Employment Agreement (SEA) & testimonials after verification of statutory certifications & company requirements.

· Update Documentation Lead, internal stakeholders, and Seafarers on the developments, on a regular basis.

· Upkeep of Crew Database & provide support to Documentation team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
