We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Marketing Expert with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management. We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing deeply, can independently manage campaigns, optimize budgets, generate quality leads, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Role: Paid Marketing Expert – Meta & Google Ads
Experience: 3–4 Years
Work Location: Jaipur – Malviya Nagar / Bangalore
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Manage lead generation, conversion, remarketing, and brand awareness campaigns
- Handle campaign budgeting, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and performance optimization
- Monitor ROAS, CPL, CTR, and overall campaign performance metrics
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience insights
- Work closely with design, content, and business teams for campaign execution
- Generate performance reports and suggest improvement strategies
- Handle pixel setup, conversion tracking, and analytics integration

Requirements:





- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of paid marketing strategies and campaign optimization
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing campaigns
- Positive understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and tracking tools
- Excellent English communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior agency or multi-client handling experience will be preferred

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with remarketing and funnel-based campaigns
- Understanding of SEO and landing page optimization
- Basic understanding of creatives and ad copy performance

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
