Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials such as wax, ceramic slurry, shell materials, and metal alloys.
- Verify material certificates and specifications.
- Ensure materials meet quality standards before production.
- Measure components using:
- Vernier caliper
- Micrometer
- Height gauge
- Bore gauge
- Dial indicator
- Radius gauge
- Thread gauges
- Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), if available
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Prepare First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), if required.
- Record non-conforming products and corrective actions.
- Ensure traceability of castings.
Common Qualification:
- Diploma or ITI / B.Tech/ B.E. Mechanical Engineering
Experiences: Fresher or Min. 1 Year
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
