CRIB FACTORY Interiors & Furniture is hiring enthusiastic Welder Trainees / Freshers to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for ITI graduates who are passionate about welding and fabrication and want to build a long-term career in furniture manufacturing and interior projects.

Responsibilities

- Perform welding and fabrication work under the guidance of senior welders.
- Assist in manufacturing metal furniture frames and interior structures.
- Cut, grind, fit, and finish metal components.
- Read basic measurements and fabrication drawings.
- Operate welding machines and fabrication tools safely.
- Maintain quality standards and workplace cleanliness.




- Follow all company safety procedures.

Requirements

- ITI in Welder Trade.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of welding and metal fabrication.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
