Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead interior design projects from concept development through execution while ensuring exceptional design quality and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to mentor junior designers while managing multiple high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead interior design projects from concept development to final execution.
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, design preferences, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop innovative design concepts, space planning, layouts, mood boards, presentations, and material palettes.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Guide, mentor, and review the work of junior designers and design teams.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Review material selections, finishes, furniture, lighting, and specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends,



materials, products, and technologies.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed interior design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or other visualization software is an added advantage.
- Excellent understanding of space planning, detailing, materials, furniture, and construction drawings.
- Strong project management and client management skills.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
