About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Financial Consultant / Advisor to join our team. The role involves promoting equity products, currency, mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, PMS, bonds, and supporting clients with investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients through cold calling, references, and appointments.
- Explain products & services to clients and prospects.
- Promote investments in Equity, Currency Trading, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and PMS.
- Update clients on research reports, recent MF schemes, NFOs, IPOs, and market trends.
- Cross-sell financial products to existing clients.
- Maintain regular contact with clients via calls & meetings.
- Assist the team in closing leads.
- Provide application forms and help clients in filling them.
- Offer after-sales service and ensure client retention.
- Maintain and enhance branch AUM.
- Prepare daily sales reports for the Branch Head/Sales Manager.
- Enter daily business activities in back-office systems.
- Support promotional activities of the branch.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation (NISM Series 5 certification preferred)
- Minimum 1+ year experience in financial sales, investments, broking, or related fields
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Basic knowledge of financial products (Equity, MF, Insurance, SIPs)
