Role Summary:
We are hiring an Operations Executive to support daily service delivery across dog training, boarding, sitting, host/sitter onboarding and pet taxi. This is a junior operations role for candidates who are strong in scheduling, follow-ups, provider coordination, customer communication and daily order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and schedule daily service orders for dog training, boarding, sitting, host/sitter onboarding and pet taxi.
- Ensure assigned orders are completed or rescheduled as per customer preference with minimum delay.
- Coordinate with trainers, hosts, sitters, groomers, drivers and other service providers for daily execution.
- Onboard, verify and activate new service providers on the PawSpace platform as per internal process.
- Handle customer updates, feedback collection, follow-ups, reschedules and basic issue resolution.
- Escalate urgent service issues to the manager and support closure within expected timelines.
- Identify upsell opportunities across relevant services and coordinate with sales/operations for conversion.
- Maintain daily reports on order status, cancellations, pending tasks, provider updates and customer feedback.




- Own laptop preferred. Otherwise, candidates can rent from our vendor; after 3months, PawSpace will provide a company laptop based on confirmation and performance.

What We Are Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience in operations, field onboarding, service delivery, vendor/provider coordination,
- customer operations or similar roles.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to close daily tasks without repeated reminders.
- Comfortable coordinating with field/service providers over calls, WhatsApp and dashboards.
- Good communication skills in English; Kannada and Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, calling tools, CRM/order dashboards and daily reporting formats.
- Ability to handle last-minute schedule changes, customer preferences and service-provider coordination challenges.
- Pet experience is optional. Love for pets and willingness to understand pet care services is key.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
