A Store Keeper cum Accountant is responsible for managing inventory and stock control while also handling basic accounting and financial record-keeping. This dual role ensures smooth operations in both warehouse management and financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Storekeeping Duties

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues.
- Supervise loading/unloading, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with records.
- Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and secure storage of materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely deliveries.

Accounting Duties

- Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses).
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
- Maintain ledgers and reconcile accounts.





Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or Diploma in Store Management.
- Knowledge of Tally, ERP, or other accounting software.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to multitask between inventory and finance functions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports.
- Handle petty cash and support payroll processing if required.

Pay: ₹8,931.91 - ₹12,000.00 per month
