- Plan and monitor fabrication activities as per production schedules and project timelines.
- Supervise welding and fabrication work in accordance with approved drawings, WPS, and quality standards.
- Prepare work orders, daily production plans, and manpower allocation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for stage inspections, NDT activities, and documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and other production resources.
- Resolve shop-floor technical issues in coordination with design and QA teams.
- Monitor daily production progress and maintain production reports.
- Ensure material traceability, identification, and proper handling during fabrication.
- Follow safety standards, fabrication procedures, and ASME practices wherever applicable.
- Support continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and process efficiency

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
