About the Role

Rapid Consulting Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Draftsman to prepare accurate 2D engineering and architectural drawings for various industrial projects. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of converting concepts, layouts, and site measurements into clear technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop site plans, layout plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Modify and revise drawings based on client or engineer requirements.
- Prepare submission drawings for various government departments.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions and documentation.
- Coordinate with project consultants, engineers, and operations teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable standards and project requirements.
- Maintain digital records of all drawings and revisions.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
- Good understanding of engineering and architectural drawings.




- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines.

Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Draftsmanship, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in preparing 2D drawings.

Experience in preparing drawings for:

- Industrial Buildings
- Factory Layouts
- Building Plans
- CLU Applications
- Government Approval Drawings
- Fire NOC Drawings
- Pollution Department Drawings
