JD - Logistics Executive

· Make invoices for the dispatches of goods

· Supply chain management of goods from various locations across India

· Negotiating transportation costs along with ensuring safety of goods in case of a current transporter

· Co-ordinating with warehouse in-charge ensuring goods are loaded onto the vehicles as per norms

· Ensuring Goods are stored in the warehouse as per the policies in place.

· Dispatch of Goods as per FIFO method

· Maintaining the stocks at different locations batchwise and communicating the same to the management on a timely manner

· Keeping track of pending orders and dispatches

· Generating E-way bills of all dispatches

· Maintaining Sales & Purchase files

· Reconciliation of physical stocks with the stocks on books on a monthly basis

· Communicating with the customer for getting the material unloaded on a timely manner.

· Preparing and filing Insurance Claims if damage or any in transit.

Experience: 6 yrs

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
