Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL Server databases. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with basic team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain SQL Server databases.
- Monitor database performance and optimize queries to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, including performance bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize SQL queries and database design.
- Monitor database health and ensure data integrity and security.
- Create and maintain database objects such as tables, views, functions, CTEs, stored procedures, and indexes.
- Analyze index usage and remove unused or redundant indexes.
- Design efficient database structures to maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.




- Automate routine DBA tasks using PowerShell and batch scripts (preferred).

Skills & Requirements

- Strong proficiency in SQL Server administration.
- Excellent knowledge of performance tuning and indexing.
- Experience with database monitoring tools.
- Positive understanding of high availability and backup strategies.
- Team management and coordination skills.
- Strong estimation, planning, and task allocation abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in automation using PowerShell or batch scripting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
