Position: Revit Modeler (Civil / Structural)

Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

2–4 years of experience in Revit Modeling of Steel Structures

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

Experience in LOD-based modeling and developing coordinated 3D BIM models

Ability to create Revit Families, parametric components, and templates

Familiarity with clash detection and coordination workflows (Navisworks preferred)

Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing standards

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate 3D Revit models for Civil and Structural disciplines

Prepare detailed drawings, views, schedules, and documentation from Revit models





Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy

Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with consultants and contractors

Maintain BIM standards and company modeling protocols

Update models based on design revisions and project changes

Support project deliverables including IFC drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs

Assist BIM Managers in implementing best practices and project workflows
