Job Purpose
Outbound Sales resource responsible for sourcing Liability business from the market. Primary focus is acquiring New to Bank customers and fulfilling leads from Branch Staff and other verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales Sourcing
Acquire current Liability accounts from Resident/Non-Resident customers.
Generate leads via catchment working, cold calls, and referrals.
Participate in local marketing activities for business acquisition.
Ensure adherence to KYC/AML guidelines during account acquisition.
Provide Classic/Preferred/Imperia customers to the branch.
Customer Services
Ensure good customer experience and onboarding satisfaction.
Resolve complaints during onboarding within stipulated TAT.
Promote direct banking channels for customer utilization.
Fulfillment of Leads
Fulfill CASA leads generated by all verticals for the branch.
Adhere to TAT guidelines to meet customer commitments.
Cross-Sales
Cross-sell retail assets like AL/PL/BL/HL/GL/CD/TWL.
Cross-sell TPP products such as LI, MF, and Health Insurance.
Promote credit cards, Demat accounts, and other products.
Business Hygiene
Manage Welcome Kits without custody delays.
Activate all accounts as per product definition by the next month.
Ensure accounts maintain required AMB.
Source premium accounts with quality focus.
Education:
Graduation required; Post-Graduation preferred.
Certifications:
NISM V-A Certification, IRDA Certification, GI Certification.
Key Competencies
Sales and influencing skills, banking product knowledge, planning and organizing skills, communication skills, knowledge of competition and financial trends.
Major Stakeholders
Customers, Branch Banking Team, CX Team, SET Team, Operations, Insurance CAM, MF Fund Houses, HSL Personnel.
