Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Tester with solid expertise in the Life Insurance domain and hands-on experience in the LifeAsia platform. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of Day 1 (Policy Issuance) and Day 2 (Policy Servicing ) processes, ensuring high-quality delivery across insurance applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform functional, system, and regression testing for Life Insurance applications

Work extensively on LifeAsia tool for policy lifecycle validation

Validate Day 1 processes such as:

New Business / Proposal Entry

Underwriting

Policy Issuance

Validate Day 2 processes such as:

Policy Servicing (endorsements, renewals, reinstatements)

Claims processing

Surrenders & withdrawals

Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data

Identify,



log, and track defects using defect management tools

Collaborate with BA, Developers, and Business teams for requirement clarity

Participate in UAT support and production validation

Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory and business rules

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Life Insurance domain

Hands-on experience with LifeAsia (core insurance system)

Good understanding of Day 1 & Day 2 insurance processes

Experience in manual testing (automation is a plus)

Knowledge of SQL / database validation

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, QC, ALM

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
