JOB DESCRIPTION: Academic Counselor / Front Desk Executive

We are looking for an energetic, warm, and goal-oriented Academic Counselor / Front Desk Executive to be the face of our institute.

You will guide aspiring students, explain our training programs, and help them take the right step toward their career goals by converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities :Student Counseling: Understand students' career goals and guide them toward the most suitable course.

Course & Batch Guidance: Clearly explain course details, batch timings, fee structures, and training methodologies to students and parents.

Admission & Enrollment: Drive course enrollments and complete the admission process seamlessly.

Lead Follow-ups: Connect regularly with prospective walk-ins and phone leads to resolve doubts and close admissions.

Front Desk Management: Maintain a professional,



welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and manage daily inquiry registers.

What We Are Looking For * Strong Communication Skills: Fluent, clear, and confident verbal communication. * Persuasive Ability: Excellent counseling and convincing skills to drive enrollments.
