Delta4 Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is developing next-generation AI solutions like YourGPT and MCP360 to help businesses operate more efficiently, scale faster, and drive growth.

We are looking for a cooperative and driven QA Tester & Tech Support Engineer to work on AI Platforms - YourGPT & MCP360 .This role requires a blend of quality assurance, AI validation, and hands-on technical support to ensure seamless performance, accurate AI outputs, and an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute test cases, test plans, and scenarios for AI agent, workflows, and platform features.
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable deployments
- Perform end-to-end testing, API testing, and data validation for AI workflows
- Provide technical support to customers by identifying and resolving product related issues
- Troubleshoot issues related to AI agents, APIs, integrations, and platform features
- Validate and document customer reported bugs to the developer team




- Analyze and debug AI behavior inconsistencies and performance issues
- Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality releases

Requirements:

- Candidates with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science are preferred.
- 6 months relevant experience in QA testing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and integrations
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, system testing)
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI systems, chatbots, or LLM-based workflows
