Trinity International Tours & Travels is looking for an energetic and organized Tour Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage domestic and international group tours. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth tour operations, provide excellent customer service, and create memorable travel experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage domestic and international tour packages.
- Accompany groups on tours when required and ensure smooth execution of itineraries.
- Liaise with hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides, and other travel partners.
- Brief travelers about tour schedules, destinations, and travel requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues during tours.
- Monitor tour budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure all travel arrangements, bookings,



and documentation are completed accurately.
- Manage emergency situations and provide on-tour support to travelers.
- Collect customer feedback and prepare post-tour reports.
- Assist in developing current tour packages and travel experiences.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in tour operations, travel management, or customer service is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
