About the Role

Sri Ram Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and technology-savvy AI Operations Executive to streamline hospital operations using modern AI tools. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using artificial intelligence to improve productivity, automate routine tasks, create skilled documents, assist with hospital administration, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to improve day-to-day hospital operations.
- Prepare hospital documents, SOPs, policies, reports, presentations, and training materials.
- Create professional patient education brochures, infographics, and health awareness content.
- Assist doctors with formatting clinical documents, templates, and administrative paperwork.
- Manage hospital data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Support HR by preparing job descriptions, interview documents, induction materials, and employee manuals.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain digital records.
- Assist in website updates, social media content, and marketing materials.
- Research healthcare products, equipment, regulations, NABH standards, and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows using AI.
- Maintain confidentiality of hospital and patient information.

Required Skills

- Excellent proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills,



including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
- Fast learner with excellent organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields preferred).
- Experience using AI tools for business or healthcare operations.
- Experience in hospitals or healthcare organizations is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.) is desirable.
- Knowledge of NABH standards is an added advantage.

Experience

- Freshers with exceptional AI skills are encouraged to apply.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
