Job Role

The Project Executive/Site-In charge will support project execution, coordination, site operations, and documentation for construction and infrastructure projects. The role requires hands-on site experience, strong quantity take-off skills, BOQ knowledge, Site measurements taking and familiarity with government project procedures to ensure timely, compliant, and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day site execution and coordination activities
- Perform quantity take-off from drawings and assist in RA billing preparation
- Assist in estimation, measurements, BOQ preparation, and documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements




- Support reporting and documentation for government/public sector projects

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
- 3-6 years of site experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Prior experience in government or public sector projects is mandatory
- Experience in handling measurements, billing, and site coordination preferred

Skills Required

- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of quantity take-off, billing, BOQs, and construction drawings
- Understanding of government project documentation and procedures
- Good coordination, communication, and site execution skills
- Ability to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities
