### Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Analyst (CRA) to engage with *unregistered students* through outbound calls. The role involves understanding concerns, encouraging registration, maintaining accurate records, and analyzing call outcomes to improve engagement and conversion.

### Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to unregistered students.

* Understand and address student queries related to registration.

* Encourage students to complete the registration process.

* Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM/database.

* Analyze calling data and prepare basic reports on student engagement and conversion.

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student issues.

* Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

### Requirements





* Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Comfortable with outbound calling and customer/student interaction.

* Basic analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

* Post Graduation degree from a recognized university with 2 Years of experience or UGC Net or HP SET or PHD (Management|ComputerScience|InformationTechnology|Journalism|PoliticalScience|Arts|Sciences)

* Prior experience in customer/student support, telecalling, counseling, or analytics is an advantage.
