- Maintain sports grounds, gymnasiums, courts, and fitness equipment.
- Organize Annual Sports Day, tournaments, leagues, and other sports events.
- Prepare and circulate notices, schedules, registrations, and result updates.
- Coordinate logistics, officials, scoring, certificates, and awards.
- Maintain attendance, training reports, team records, and performance data.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and budgets related to sports activities.
- Liaise with institutional bodies, sports associations, and regulatory authorities
