Job Descritpion of Technical GIS Lead

6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience

We are looking for a skilled GIS/Geospatial Specialist with a strong understanding of GIS technologies and experience in both Esri and/or Small world platforms. The ideal candidate will be capable of translating requirements into functional GIS components, lead teams, and develop geospatial solutions using modern tools and programming skills.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Robust GIS/Geospatial domain knowledge
- Proficient in requirement analysis and feasibility studies for converting business needs into GIS-based components




- Team leadership capabilities with experience managing and mentoring GIS project teams
- Hands-on experience with Esri or Small world GIS suites, including:
- ArcGIS Desktop / ArcGIS Pro
- ArcGIS Portal
- Map Services
- WebGIS platforms

- Knowledge of Python and ArcPy for geospatial automation and scripting
- Practical experience with at least one GeoDatabase system (e.g., File GDB, Enterprise GDB)
